OkPath Connect
A network tool for people who bring their own servers. OkPath Connect creates a VPN on your iPhone or iPad to the servers in your configuration, whether you run them yourself or use a provider you choose.
What it does
OkPath Connect is a VPN app built on Apple’s Network Extension framework. Your configuration decides which servers it connects to and which traffic goes through them. OKPATH does not provide servers or accounts.
-
Bring your own configuration
Add a configuration from your own server or from a provider you choose, by link, file or QR code, and connect. There is no account to create and no sign-in.
-
Traffic goes where your configuration says
While the VPN is on, traffic goes only to the servers in your configuration, or directly to its destination where the configuration says so.
-
No ads, analytics or tracking
The app sends no data to OKPATH. Profiles, settings, logs and crash reports stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
-
On and off in a tap
Connect and disconnect in the app, in iOS Settings, from Control Center on iOS 18 or later, or with Shortcuts.
How to get it
OkPath Connect is in beta for OKPATH team members and invited users. OKPATH sends invitations through Apple’s TestFlight app.
- Get an invitation. OKPATH sends you a TestFlight invitation.
- Install TestFlight. On your iPhone or iPad, install Apple’s free TestFlight app from the App Store.
- Install OkPath Connect. Open the invitation on the same device, then tap Accept and Install in TestFlight. The app appears on your Home Screen as OkPath.
- Add your configuration. Open OkPath and accept the data-use notice it shows first. Then set up the VPN, add the profile from your own server or the service you use, and connect. Step-by-step instructions
Requires iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, and a server you run or an account with a provider you choose.
Privacy
The app has no account, ads, analytics or tracking, and it sends no data to OKPATH. The servers in your configuration can see your IP address and the addresses you connect to. You or your provider run them, and their operator’s own privacy policy applies. OKPATH does not run those servers, has no access to your traffic, and does not sell, use or disclose any user data.
Help
For setup steps and answers to common questions, see Support. To reach OKPATH support about the app, email support@okpath.com. For problems with a server or an account, contact whoever runs it.
